How fitting that so soon after paddy’s day we have a blogger who not so long ago was both living and working in Dublin.  I bet the celebrations there lasted more than just one night – the Irish has a few winners at Cheltenham too I hear.  This weeks interview has a dream of working in theatre, we all travel for different reasons, but I imagine travelling as part of a theatre group would be pretty exciting.  I cant act or dance for toffee, but I can only imagine the buzz of being part of a team that entertains people all over the globe.  What a way to see the world!

SHAMELESS PLUG

25. Thank you for answering my questions, as a gesture of thanks I allow you one whole paragraph to shameless plug of your website …

I started my blog, www.traveltheatrics.wordpress.com before I left Dublin as a way of promoting my two passions while I was away: travel and theatre. I wanted to write about both my adventures and theatre abroad. Now that I’m back living in Vancouver, I’ve been appointed a position as one of the resident theatre bloggers for the Greater Vancouver Professional Theatre Alliance, so I’ve been focusing lately on writing about and promoting local theatre. I am continuing my travel writing however, and am planning to go to TBEX in Toronto in June. I hope to bridge a gap between travel and theatre and entertain and encourage people with my writing and videos to do both- hopefully at the same time!
