Why write about Transport options from London airports to central London?
It’s London, surely you just get a cab don’t you? Straight from the terminal to your cosy hotel, hostel or apartment.
Oh I wish it was that simple! Whilst London has an abundance of airports for the most part the ‘London’ label is a little white lie, the majority aren’t even inside the m25 (greater London). Take a look at the map below if you don’t believe me. That’s why I write about Transport options from London airports to central London, because chance are of you’re visiting London chances are you’ll be staying fairly centrally, probably within that little red diamond area, and you’ll need a way of getting there that isn’t a cab costings hundreds of £’s.
Anyway, the point of this post is not to have a rant, but to tell you about your options, to details the different Transport options from London airports to central London, tell you how exactly you can get from the different airports to your place of rest.
